OUR PROGRAM

GROWTH BJJ is renowned for its high standards of professionalism, led by Coach Ícaro Nauã Sandes, a dedicated instructor who blends technical expertise with a focus on personal growth. His coaching philosophy emphasizes resilience and discipline, creating a supportive environment for students of all levels. The academy offers tailored programs, including Kids’ classes that build confidence through BJJ fundamentals and anti-bullying strategies.

Women’s classes are coached by Nicole Bedser, provide a welcoming space for self-defense and empowerment.

The anti-bullying program for kids teaches conflict resolution and confidence, aligning with BJJ’s core values of respect and resilience. GROWTH BJJ’s holistic approach ensures students thrive both on and off the mats.
